The Golf Club de Cannes-Mandelieu is located approximately 7 km / 4 miles to the west of the city and lies off the A8. Home to one of the most historic golf courses in the whole of France, the club is massively popular, meaning that advance reservations are a necessity. With both an 18-hole course ('Old Course' - 6,415 yards / par 71) and a shorter 9-hole course ('Grand Duc' - 2,310 years / par 33) the Golf Club de Cannes-Mandelieu also features a large pro shop at the entrance to the clubhouse, and a terrace restaurant overlooking the 18th hole.

Located some 8 km / 5 miles to the north of Cannes, the Golf Country Club de Cannes-Mougins is a notable course, with a hilly terrain and a number of heavily wooded areas. The clubhouse itself is a magnificent old building and features a large dining room and professional golfing store. Just a 20-minute drive from the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, golfers often come here for the comprehensive practice facilities alone, which include a popular pitch and putt area.

A mere 5 km / 3 miles west on Cannes, the Riviera Golf Club was designed by golfing legend Robert Trent Jones. The 18-hole course itself covers 6,270 yards and features a number of lakes, bunkers and sloping areas. A driving range is also available for those looking to practice their swing. The excellent clubhouse restaurant offers great views across the course itself and also features comfortable lounge areas.
